PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF R5000, 00 WILL BE CHARGED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
- A MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN CAN BE ARRANGED OR THE BALANCE CAN BE PAID BEFORE THE WEDDING.
- IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS REQUIRED TO STAY LONGER THAN THE TIME STATED IN THE QUOTATION, EXTRA TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT R750-00 PER HOUR.
- 2nd Day shooting May be available on most packages at NO EXTRA cost.
- Please ensure that two seats are reserved at the reception for the photographers and that they are informed where the seats are kept.
Weddings not held in Newcastle or a 50km radius may incur a traveling and accommodation charge.

Important Information.
In the case of the Umabo or any other function that requires the slaughtering of any animals, please note that we do not have any objections with it but we do not photograph or Video the actual slaughtering. Please discus the rest of the procedures with our photographer as to what is expected at your Traditional wedding function.
Details of Items
Engagement Session – We will shoot some relaxed images
at a chosen location to capture the casual and fun side of your
Relationship.
Wedding Day Coverage – This will include the pre-wedding preparation,
Portraits, ceremony, family formals, bridal party and reception.
Wedding Album – Your album is carefully constructed to
Represent the flow of your wedding. It includes color as well as
Black & white images in a variety of sizes.
Parent and Engagement Albums – With 40 pages, these
albums are smaller than your wedding album, and make an ideal
gift for parents and/or grandparents.
Online Hosting – *Your album will be hosted online for six – twenty four months. This provides you with *password-protected 24-hour viewing and ordering facilities.
Custom Print Retouching – My graphic designers will Color correct and remove blemishes
from all images printed for The albums.
The Moments Box – A perfect coffee-table piece, the custom Made box is filled with ten
10x15cm mounted images.

Delivery of Products
One Day, One function Weddings Will be delivered in +- 3 Months. Busier Months, when Multiple weddings are booked in the same Callender month delivery time could be extend. Please speak to the office for more information. Two- and three-day weddings may also have extended delivery times. If Albums are ordered with a wedding function, please note that you will receive your Digital Album prior to receiving your printed album. Printed Albums delivery time is approximately 4 – 6 weeks after as they are printed in Midrand Gauteng.
Steve’s Photographic Refund Policy.
A Non refundable deposit of R5000 depending as stipulated in selected Wedding Package
Cancelations 6 – months before the wedding will be charged at 60% of the total cost of the Package.
Cancelations 3 – or less months before the wedding will be charged at 80% of the total cost of the Package.
Cancelation 1 month or less before the wedding will be charged at no refund of the total cost of the Package.
However if the Wedding date changed 6(Six) months or more before the actual wedding date then no extra cost will be charged unless the new date is not available, then the above cost may apply.
